My name is “Wilson.” We’re thinking I may be a Brittany blended with a Cocker Spaniel. That’s why I turned out so handsome! I get a lot of compliments on this wild hairdo, and I have an awesome personality to go with it!
I am a very active dog–I love going on jogs and bike rides and playing fetch in the park. I’m a quick learner and can sit, stay, lie down, and jump through hoops! I always come when I hear your whistle (or when I hear you get ice from the freezer!). I’m polite enough to sit and wait until you release me to eat my meal. I settle down and sleep while you’re working, but I’ll always roll over for a belly rub when you walk by.
I was crate trained, but for the past couple months my foster parents have let me roam the house when they’re gone. The video camera would bust me if I ever tried the furniture, and I’ve never shown interest in tearing up the pillows. I’m super excited to see them when they come home (in fact, I’m usually super excited to see anyone!), but I don’t jump up to greet them.
I spend most days with my 25-pound Cocker Spaniel friend, Mia, and we get along really well. I play great with strangers of all sizes at the dog park–and boy do I love to play! I’m great with kids of all sizes and love the attention!
I do well on the leash when I go on jogs and bike rides. My foster dad, James, says I play well with others.
Wilson has been neutered, is up to date on his shots, heartworm negative and on preventative and ready for his forever home.
