Isn’t Tucker a really cool name? I like it! My new friends at BRIT asked me what my name was, but I just can’t remember it! I have what they refer to as “Shelter Amnesia”! So, here I am, “Tucker”!
Since I don’t remember the details of my former life, my friends will tell you what they know about me while I go check out some interesting sniffs I discovered!
Tucker is a beautiful, big boy! He weighs in at 46 lbs. and is a touch too heavy. He’d be perfect closer to 40 lbs. He has a gorgeous sweet face and just loves to be loved on. He came to us with very little information from the shelter. We do know that he is very stressed right now, between the shelter, being whisked away to strange new environments, prodded and poked and neutered! He’s been a real trooper through all of it, just confused right now. A couple of weeks decompressing with his new foster folks should take care of his stress. He’s been great with everyone he’s met, including children and other dogs. We’re not sure about cats though.
He has the sweetest gaze, he’ll lean into loving hands and just soak up the affection. This boy has lots of potential just waiting to be discovered! If you think Tucker would be just the boy for you, please be sure to put his name on that adoption application.
Tucker is approximately 3 years old, just neutered, brought up to date on his immunizations and microchipped. He’s also heartworm negative! Yay!
