“Skye” is a pretty orange and white girl who is about 9 months old. She is good with other dogs and has been exposed to those even younger than her and was fine with them. Skye has also been around much larger dogs and can keep right up with the best of them. It doesn’t matter if they are male or female – Skye has the wonderful typical Brittany attitude: we’re all friends – c’mon let’s romp and play!
Skye rides great in the car – she is quiet and does not get car sick. She is crate trained and is used to a plastic crate.
She loves the little wading pool we have for our foster dogs … especially on these hot Texas days. When she is playing she will even take the toy in the pool to cool off a moment not wanting to stop the action of playing with the rest of the gang.
A round of obedience class is always a good idea for Brittany this age, it’s not only a great bonding time, but establishes who is in charge of the house. Skye loves small children, a couple of them live in the foster home and she will chill to watch TV with them. She realizes that it’s possible for them to multi task – they can watch TV and pet her at the same time.
She is up to date on all vaccines, spayed, microchipped, and on heart worm prevention which needs to be given each month. If you are interested in this little lady let us know.
