I know what you’re thinking: You’ve never seen a Brittany quite this pretty.  Well, that’s what I hear over and over again. And I thank everyone for their kind words.

I had a couple of stressful days, but I’m much better now. You see, my Mom became very sick and couldn’t take care of me any more. For many weeks, they had a dog walker check in on me twice a day … but, as you know, that isn’t good for a loving Brittany. It was just the two of for years. Her daughter called BRIT to see if they could find me another perfect home.

I’ve just joined the ranks of BRIT Brittanys and am in a great foster home. Here’s the info on me: I’m housebroken, love other dogs (not sure about cats), love people, toys and running the fence, chasing squirrels, birds, whatever – they say I’m birdy. If I can express my desires for my new home, I’d really like someone who stays home (you see that’s what I’m used to) and because I’ve been alone for many weeks and I can tell you that I am starved for love, affection and attention. Hey, there’s nothing wrong with that!

I probably will need my new home to have at least a six foot privacy fence.  It is possible I could get carried away with those critters and hop over a short fence – it could happen, not saying it would, but it could. Oh yes, and I am a very very special girl (I heard my foster mom say that). I heard her on the phone telling someone that I was the best “houseguest” they’d ever had J

They tell me that I’m not only beautiful, but am very loving and affectionate and whoever adopts me will be incredibly lucky – that makes me feel really special.

Rowdy has been spayed, is up to date on all her shots, heartworm negative, on heartworm preventative and microchipped. Rowdy is ready for her forever home and whoever adopts her will be very lucky – she’s wonderful.
