Hello ya’ll … my name is “Ranger” and I’m one of the newest youngsters to join the ranks of BRIT Brittanys. 😊
I came from a rescue event that BRIT coordinated in Central Texas a few weeks ago. I gotta tell ya I LOVE people, other dogs, and grassy yards. I even know the SIT command – will even do it without a treat – but a treat is way more fun!
Here’s what my current foster mom says about me: “Ranger constantly has his nose to the ground … he has two speeds ‘on’ and ‘off.’ He is super high energy but when he’s ‘off’ he’s very relaxed. Ranger loves being held and petted and will be a great family pup. If you can’t find Ranger, look in the kennel – that’s his ‘secure spot’.”
Update Nov. 16th: “Smart, sweet, and cute are understatements for this precious little boy! He knows how to sit and he is going potty outside and being crate trained (which he hasn’t been too fond of). But he mostly loves to cuddle and play with me or his two foster siblings. He is still a puppy so bones and chew toys and treats are a must!! He is easy to train and his fur is so soft and silky you just can’t help but pet him and he loves that! He loves to play with the older dogs but he never gets aggressive and he loves to sun bathe and chill on nice days. He is a fantastic dog and would make any human so happy !!!”
Ranger is housebroken, up to date on all vaccinations, neutered, microchipped and heartworm negative. He’s looking for his forever home.
