Hi my name is Peggy, also known as Miss Affectionate – sometimes Snuggles – are you starting to get the picture – I am a professional snuggler! Don’t get the wrong idea, I love to be outside looking after the squirrels and other critters in my yard, but when inside I do know how to chill.
I am a very special girl besides all the obvious stuff. That would be because when I was about a year old (before I lived with my current family), I was hit by a car and lost my front leg. Please, no sympathy … it just makes me a much better Brittany. This specialness doesn’t slow me down one single bit. I can run for hours, but take me on a walk (too slow for me) and I get tired pretty quickly after about a mile or so.
I’m a great housedog, love my people and, of course, I am housebroken! I am loyal and devoted and just want to love and be loved. My previous mom and dad took great care of me, gave me lots of toys, love and attention, but they recently had a couple of little boys (I think they’re called twins) … and those guys are highly allergic to me. WHAT? Me? Sooooo, I am looking for a new home.
I love kids, other dogs and, of course, my people. I’ve never met a cat so I have no clue if I like them or not.
Peggy has been spayed, is up to date on her shots, heartworm negative and on heartworm preventative and microchipped. She is ready for her forever home.
