Higgins’ family very sadly turned him over to BRIT – their lives had changed and they could no longer care for him.
We are still in the process of getting to know Higgins, all we can tell you so far is that he is a very sweet and loving boy. His Foster Mom says he is very polite and loves to be loved on.
The perfect home for Higgins would be one where he has another dog to keep him company. He needs a family that will commit to him and not abandon him. Are you the family for him? If so, please fill out an adoption application if you can fill his needs.
Higgins has been neutered, is up to date on all his shots, on heartworm preventative and is microchipped.
