Howdy ya’ll! My name is “Hank.” At least that’s my name now. We Brittanys who come to BRIT do have a bit of a story to tell. I have amnesia, but here’s I overheard at the nice vet clinic that took me in. “This boy wandered up to our front porch with his nose bleeding, and limping. Not sure if he was hit by a car – doesn’t appear to be hurt. But let’s keep him for a week or two to help him settle down and maybe his owners will come looking for him.” The rest of the story is: no one came looking for me, so this very nice vet called BRIT to see if they could take me in and here I am.
I’m about five years old. And as you can see in my pictures I’m quite a handsome and mannerly guy. I have great manners and know the basics of sit, shake paw, etc. I’m pretty good on the leash. I think I’m housebroken. I get along with other dogs and people. Not sure if I like cats or not, I suppose we can find out.
Hank is a bit older than first thought. The vet he saw today thinks he closer to 9 years old and suffers with a bit of arthritis (which we are treating). This senior boy needs his forever home … he is so sweet and deserving of a good life! He is starved for love and attention – won’t you take this sweet Brittany into your family – you will be so glad you did.
Hank has been neutered and is up to date on his shots, heartworm negative and on preventative and has been microchipped. He is ready for his forever home.
