The name Colt fits me really well, especially for those who know horses (because I’m as frisky as a … yes – colt). I have a lot of energy and love checking things out. It’s fun to follow my people around wherever they go and check out and investigate everything. I love my crate and have been really good about going in and out, although I am still working on the commands for it. Outdoor time is awesome! I love to run around and roll in the grass and look at every part of the fence. I must confess I do like to dig – BRIT thinks that is how the shelter picked me up.
So far I am not into fetch, but if I can take the ball and run away, I am so gone! Whenever I get into my parents’ laps, I pass right out, take a short name and then back to running the house as soon as they put me down.
There are so many great toys in my foster home, that sometimes I think I find new ones…. turns out, those “toys” get quickly put away (no fair).
So the only question is, where is the new yard for me to inspect? I definitely am in full puppy mode! You do want a typical high energy Brittany puppy like me in your life, don’t you?
The adoption fee for Colt is $400, plus a $150 neuter deposit (refunded upon proof of neuter). He is too young to travel so must be adopted in Texas.
Colt has had two of his three puppy shots and has been microchipped but is too young to be neutered. He is ready for his forever home – remember he has to stay in Texas.
