Rocky

BRIT# 20170903 Status: ADOPTED Age: 8 years (born 4/2/09) Gender: Male Weight:    42 lbs Hey there everybody, let me introduce myself!  My name is “Rocky.” I do have a very fancy AKC name – ‘Rocky Cote de Granit Rose’ – but please call me ROCKY! Things changed in my family’s life so my Mom decided to find me a new home. As you can see I’m a very handsome (okay, beautiful) orange and white Brittany boy. Aren’t my pictures awesome? I am ready to love, love, love you. Yep, I’m a lover and really want to be very near my people. I also thought you’d like to know since I’ve always been an inside dog, I am housebroken – isn’t that good news? I’d love a yard to run in (I...

Libby

Libby

BRIT# 20170803 Status: ADOPTED Age: 3 yrs born 7/4/14 Gender: Female Weight:   29.5 lbs My ‘real name’ is “Liberty Bell” because I was born on the Fourth of July!!! I’m a 100% adorable Brittany girl – FULL of energy and I’ve got a lot of running and playing and loving to catch up on. They say I’m a “typical high energy Brittany” (don’t ya just love that?)! I’ve just joined BRIT and will be in a foster home soon. Since I’m scheduled to be spayed in a few days, you’ll have to keep me away from the pool/lake for at least ten days – I LOVE the water. I’m very affectionate and like to be with people. I love to play with dogs but NO CATS ~ They say I’m housebroken – isn’t...

Trixie

Trixie

BRIT# 20170801 Status: ADOPTED Age: 5 years Gender: Female Weight:   18 lbs I know what you’re thinking: I have never seen a Brittany girl this pretty and this LITTLE. BRIT says I’m a “pocket Brittany” – not too sure what that means. I’m little but I certainly won’t fit in your pocket! I’ve had a couple of really scary days. I was surrendered to a shelter through no fault of my own. But I don’t want to talk about that. Here’s what I want to tell you: I’m going into a foster home in a few days and they promise to report back singing all my praises. I can tell you I’m sweet, adorable, affectionate and love to be loved – belly rubs are high on my list of must haves. I’ve...

Pete

BRIT# 20170705 Status: ADOPTED  Age: 4 yrs  Gender: Male Weight:   50 lbs My name is easy and to the point – I’m PETE!  Thank you BRIT for letting me join the awesome ranks of BRIT Brittanys!!! My family surrendered me because they said ‘they are never home’ and they understand that a Brittany needs his family to be totally involved in his life… I will be in a foster home very soon, so please check back for some info on how super of a Brittany boy I am. And we’ll get some more pictures too. Here’s what my family said about me: Pete is not a hyperactive Brittany. He’s not a hunter. He is very playful, sweet and loves attention. Pete has been neutered and he is up to date...

Gunner

BRIT# 20170703 Status: ADOPTED Age: 3 yrs  Gender: Male Weight:   35 lbs Hi everyone, my name is “Gunner.” I’m a good looking boy, don’t ya think ?  Check out my new pictures … see what I’m talking about! I don’t have a sad story other than my Mom is in the Army and being deployed soon so she made the tough decision to find me a new home. I’ve joined the ranks of BRIT Brittanys and here’s some info on me: I’m housebroken, love other dogs and even cats (I grew up with a cat) – with that said I will chase a new cat, but in no time I’m sure we’ll be best buds.  My Mom says I’m a very active Brittany and require a lot of exercise (and lots of love and attention too)....

Ichiro

BRIT# 20170702 Status: ADOPTED  Age: 6 yrs (born 12/31/10) Gender: Male Weight:   79 lbs Hi ya’ll I’m brand new at BRIT and will be in a foster home  in a few days – please check back for updates. My name is “Ichiro” which means NUMBER ONE in Japanese. My first Mom is Japanese and she named me – she says lots of first born sons in Japan are named Ichiro! In her book I am (and always will be) “top dog.”  My story is kinda sad. You see, my elderly family are both having serious health issues and are going to have to move to another home where they say I can’t go. Makes me so sad – I love them so much. But I do know they are doing what’s best for me....
